Chrome 24 does not play the remote audio on incoming calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Navigate to http://sipml5.org/call.htm?svn=165
2.Set enable rtc web breaker and disable video in expert page.
3.Register using a public sip account such as iptel.org
4.Try receiving a call from another public sip account for example from a 
softphone on a mobile (legacy sip).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I should be able to talk and hear in both directions but nothing is played in 
chrome, unless I make an outgoing call first and then incoming calls start to 
work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hosted sipml5 (r174)
chrome (Version 24.0.1312.56 m)
Windows7-32

Hi,

I would like to second this report.

If it helps, I notice the src attribute is not set to the <audio> element for 
incoming calls at all until an outgoing call is placed. I think once this is 
fixed, everything will be sorted.
