Changed code in 14-exprs-qc.Rmd to use plotHighestExprs(), plotReducedDim(), runPCA() and nexprs() now.
Fixed typos in other R Markdown files

Thanks Stephanie, we have found a group of people who are going to continue giving the course in Cambridge, UK. Would you like to join them? I think your knowledge and expertise could help a lot. There is no fixed date yet, there are still discussion on how to move forward with it. Please let me know if you are interested and I will put you in contact with the organiser.

Thank you for the offer! I am not very familiar with the course in UK (meaning how it works or how long the course runs), but I would be happy to learn more about it. At a min I would be happy to help contribute to the living bookdown course. It's such a great resource!
