Bluedog Design Bureau Patch #103

Basic patch providing support for most BDB parts. Saturn, Apollo, and Skylab aren't included as it seems CobaltWolf is getting close to releasing the new reworks for those parts - no point in all that work if they're all gonna change soon. Stock BDB upgrades are supported to, but not KTT upgrades aside from potentially SAS and SRB - gonna try and touch that up later, along with Kerbalism support.
