Offline creation of .txt files

Please provide a option in get bhavcopy wherein it can take downloaded files (in a directory) as input and create the .txt file.

This will help until the issue gets fixed.

that defeats the entire purpose - but could be a different tool in itself. Not planning to implement it this way ... too error prone.
