Not able to download files #76

Dear Hemen,

I am not able to download files. I have a win 7 ultimate 64 bit. Kindly help me with this please. Not able to get the new version of .net framework. I have 4.0 currently. Please give a solution.

Please download .net framework 4.6 runtime at minimum from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/archives

i cant download the nse now with the new version i have .net 4.7.2
