I run knip locally (See https://github.com/hemilabs/ui-monorepo/issues/362) and I found a few more files that are not used.
I am not adding knip on this PR because I got a few false positives, so I need to walkthrough the configuration carefully. There is another set of files to be removed as part of https://github.com/hemilabs/ui-monorepo/issues/453 which I'll be sending this week. And lastly, there's a few files that are not being used because they need to be redesign (the bitcoin stuff) so while they are detected as "unused", it is just because they are not finished in the redesigned version
