.svn directory on tar ball doubles its size #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. extract gflags-2.0.tar.gz
2. show hidden files
3. see .svn directory

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tar ball doesn't contains .svn directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gflags 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.
developers can checkout it using commandline on "Source" link and .svn is not 
needed for others. It just doubles the package.

Thanks for reminding about this. The difference in file size doesn't appear to 
be that dramatic though. Anyway, I uploaded a new tarball.
