In LE1, when you enter the face-customization part of the character creation menu, and the game zooms in on Shepard, it would ordinarily cancel any gesture playing to pose in the zoom-out view, however in LE1, the gesture keeps looping even when zoomed in.
This animation should be cancelled back to the default pose, so Shepard will look directly at the camera and stand still. When using the mouse to look up/down/left/right Shepard needs to be standing still.
