Description of fix: Nodes R9 and R10, the paragon and renegade responses when completing Listening Post Theta, have had their links changed to be E16 and E17. This way, the conditional is checked and transition is fired to start Depot Sigma-23 from all three response options. Thanks to Kinkojiro for the fix.
