Describe the bug
The keeper close to Kahoku on the Citadel Tower is not positioned appropriately with his terminal. The keeper needs to be moved to the right and forwards compared to the terminal location. Additionally, the terminal hologram UI is missing.

Fix for the terminal VFX: Last two instance UIndexes swapped in ArchetypeToInstanceMap in Export 7774 as they were incorrect.
Location is still a WIP as the Keeper does not want to move and collide with the terminal mesh.
