Normandy: Engineer Adams missing animation transition #128

Describe the bug When speaking to engineer Adams after Eden Prime, he will go from having his arms folded to having them at his sides in an instant with no transition animation.

To Reproduce Speak to engineer Adams right after Eden Prime.

Expected behavior Some sort of animation transition.
