Description of fix: In some scenarios, such as when loading a save in the markets, the Turian buyer in the final refund guy conversation would not appear, but his lines would be said in the conversation. This is due to the conversation starting and setting the encounter as completed before the sequencing to activate the pawn has finished executing.
To fix, the transition 5744 that marks the encounter as complete has been moved from E16 to E17 so there is time for the sequencing to finish executing before the completed bool is set.
