Terminal in the Borealis can become hackable even after getting the quest from it #131

Export ID/TLK Str Ref: Sequence export 2346

Description of fix: Plot_Hookup bool check added to make sure terminal doesn't become re-hackable after the quest is completed. Thanks to rondeeno for the fix.
