Benezia still blinks after dying #172

Export ID/TLK Str Ref: Export 335, Export 8066

Description of fix: An SFXAnimNotify_DisableProcEyeBlink was cloned in from another file under AnimSequence BIOG_HMM_FC_A.HMF_FC_Custom_BenizaDieIdle, and a Notify was added for it in the AnimSequence.

Thanks to rondeeno for the fix.
