In Flux, two salarian NPCs and three human male NPCs use the wrong LODs, which results in noticeable mesh issues as well as them not having any facial animations. This was easily fixed by changing their MinLodModel, PredictedLODLevel, and OldPredictedLODLevel properties from 2 to 1.
