Description of fix:
In Chakwas' conversation tree, there is a dialogue node in which she acknowledges that the player is a biotic when asking about Kaidan's implants. However this never plays in-game for two reasons. The first is that R7's entrylist needs to have E13 above E12 rather than vice-versa. The second is that there is no conditional to check that the player is biotic.
Flipping the entrylist for R7 and adding conditional 1374 (and the codex transition) allows for the biotic-exclusive line to play in-game properly
