Description of fix:
ISSUE: In Bring Down the Sky, Simon has some pieces of dialogue about the hostages being saved that never play since they each check for bool 7317 (Humans_Rescued), which isn't set until after his conversation.
FIX: E3, E52, and E63 now check for bool 7300 (Batarian_Leader_Free_To_Go) instead, which is set before Simon's conversation.
