Description of fix:
Similar to the BioMorphFace issues with Morlan and the Banes Blackmailer, Pvt. Amot (the indoctrinated prisoner on Virmire) is missing his headmorph. His intended headmorph (jug70_headindoct) can be found in BIOA_JUG_FAC.upk in OT1 files, but is not used. This is a bug that is present in every ME1 release to date.
I've already ported this headmorph to LE1 for LE1DP, and the asset can be found here
The morph just needs to be assigned in the BioInterface_Appearance_Pawn settings for the convo + knocked out pawns for the NPC, as well as the material settings copied using the "copy material" experiment in package editor.
This should likely be added as an optional setting in theme with the other aesthetic changes.
