ISSUE: The keeper in the Wards alleyway isn't supposed to be there when you save Tali from the assassins (to prevent it from getting in the way during the fight), but because the keeper's file (BIOA_STA60_03A_DSG) isn't made visible in time, the keeper doesn't get deactivated properly.
FIX: Added a SeqAct_WaitForLevelsVisible for BIOA_STA60_03A_DSG before the keeper is deactivated.
