Description of fix:Vegz's mod has been ported into the community patch, with additional steps taken below.
The files for BIOA_UNC51LOC*.pcc have been duplicated and renamed UNC52. This way squad dialogue works in all localizations. No package edits are required for the LOC files.
Outlink broken in BIOA_UNC52_00_LAY.pcc to ensure squad banter is enabled
