Incorrect LookAt Target - Emily Wong #261

Fixed by rondeeno.

ISSUE: In BIOA_STA70_02A_DSG, export 2867 (BioSeqAct_SetLookAtTarget_0) mistakenly points to one of the keepers instead of Emily. FIX: Changed export 14929's ObjValue to 2402 (Emily's BioPawn).
