Dr. Saleon conversation ends abruptly without Ashley or Garrus in your party #264

Fixed by rondeeno.

ISSUE: If you go after Dr. Saleon without Garrus, there's an extra line that Saleon only says if Ashley is in your squad. If she's not in your squad, then the conversation abruptly ends after Tali/Liara/Kaidan's line. FIX: Linked R4 to E7, E8, and E9 in cha00_trig_garrus_left_behind_dlg.
