Subtitles in Garrus conversation say "C-Sec" instead of "C-SEC" #27

Describe the bug During the conversations with Garrus (on the Normandy) he refers to Citadel Security by the abbreviation C-Sec in his subtitles rather than the abbreviation C-SEC that is used in both sequels. I'd recommend editing the tlk strings so that the abbreviation is consistent across the trilogy.

"C-Sec" is used extensively both ME2 and ME3. Closed, not a lore incompatibility.
