Nepheron map notes remain as exclamation points after the quest is finished #52

Not actually fixed in the mod - fix description here for future reference

File: BIOA_UNC62_00_DSG.pcc, BIOA_UNC62_02_DSG.pcc

Needs fixed in localized file? No

Description of fix: Despite completing the UNC: Hades’ Dogs mission the [!] remains on the map, both the base map and the planet map. Sequencing modified in both files to hide and toggle map points upon the quest's completion. New PoI MapNote added to the planet map.

UPDATE: Decided not to fix this, as it's not really a bug. Current thoughts:

We should fix any map notes that are clearly bugged, so notes that have no/incorrect text, or have two states but never get properly transitioned into the second state (like Eletania). Most of the quest notes don't have a secondary POI state for when the quest is completed, so while it is an oversight and inconsistency, it doesn't seem like a bug and I don't think we should fix that. Also, any notes that don't show up on the planetary map are by design.
