Screen Space Reflection Flickering in C-Sec Academy #66

Describe the bug When standing at the lower end of the staircase leading to C-Sec Traffic Control and looking forward, the screen space reflection on the ground will flicker.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to C-Sec Academy
  2. Stand at the lower end of the staircase leading to Traffic Control, look forward into the C-Sec Offices corridor

File: BIOA_STA30_04_LAY.pcc, Export 159. I tried messing with the properties on the SceneCaptureReflectActor and the SceneCaptureReflectComponent but I had no luck fixing the issue. I've confirmed that the issue is tied to the camera location/rotation and not Shepard's location, and that this is not an issue caused by files streaming.

BIOA_STA30_04_LAY.zip File: BIOA_STA30_04_LAY.pcc - Export 159, changed Location Z from -21840 to -21867 in order to eliminate the majority of the flickering, with the drawback that the capture actor is moved more below the actual reflective surface and therefore slightly reflects areas out of bounds along the outer edges of the surface.
