"Open link in new tab" from Google search loads in original tab too #107

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "When clicking on a link, always open it in a new tab" and set to
"Open in front tab."
2. From any Google search, left click on a link to open it in a new tab.
3. The original tab will also load the link, leaving you with two tabs with the
link opened.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The original tab with the Google search should not have loaded the link.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox 1.0.29, Chrome 17.0.963.83, Windows 7

Option "When clicking on a link, always open it in a new tab" is unchecked
however clicking a link will open a new tab then duplicate the link in the
original tab. Chrome 21.0.1180.75 m, Toolbox 1.0.32. Disabling Toolbox solves
the problem.
