Boss-key does not work after Chrome Dev updated to 20.0.1105.0 #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Dev channel of Chrome
2. Install chrome-toolbox
3. Use boss-key (Alt+` by default)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pressing Alt+` should minimize the Chrome window, but actually nothing happened

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 20.0.1105.0 dev-m
Chrome-toolbox 1.0.29
Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

By the way, I have uninstalled/re-installed the chrome-toolbox, problem is 
still there.

Same thing here. Tried another boss key extension (boss-mode) and nothing 
happened as well there so problem may be in Chrome not chrome-toolbox

Boss key broke for me after upgrading to 19.0.1084.46 m today. Win XP Pro SP3
