Can't pin video tab #119

Since atomatic update to 19.0.1084.41 the ability to pin flash windows on top 
doesnt work anymore.

When i click on the small movie button to pin the Window, then a new window is 
created, but the new window has no "on top" status and no pin button on the top 
right corner.

On my notebook, with a older version of chrome is everyhting fine.

After reinstall and removing of everything what has to do with chrome fix the 
problem, but only so long no update is installed. With new version update it 
happens again.
