Add Dough Calculator App #18

This adds a small react based dough calculator app. The calculator makes it easy to see how much quantity is needed for each of the ingredients.

Feedback greatly appreciated, still a react noob haha.

you should use preact :^)

and maybe bulma instead of bootstrap, because it's way too big for this tiny "app"
