Clarify the yeast percentages #35

This makes the usage of the yeast a little clearer and adds another example for the calculation.

Sorry - but that values are correct. Even when entering them in your tool. We are indeed talking about 0.05% calculated on the flour mass. For 240 grams thats 0.12 grams of dry yeast. Maybe I am also not getting it, feel free to open up a PR with your suggested changes.
