I am not understanding what you mean by non-reversible then?
if it is non reversible then we can’t come back from liquid to regular or stiff. If we can this is reversible by definition.

I think we should but that is not that PR, hence I closed it. I did not close https://github.com/hendricius/the-sourdough-framework/issues/239 we can track improvements there.
