This adds a glossary with common terms to the book

I have to ask.. do you use some tools That export to LaTeX or do you do it direct ? Sometimes it looks like you find a complicated way to get it wrong 😃

There also is a glossary package that is a little Complicate to use, maybe it is overkill for now ?

Having a glossary is great though. I was wondering if we need an index as well.

Yep! I sometimes just use markdown to LaTeX :-D. It doesn't create the perfect syntax everytime. Thanks for the suggestions. Glossary package - how about we merge this one first, if it gets out of hand we can add it?
