Typo in "the-sourdough-framework/book/history /sourdough-history.tex" #286

Just a small typo (I guess):

line 106: "[also] known as your dough."

I assume you wanted to say "sour dough", right?

I think that is correct... it does make sense to me water & flour mixture is dough. Maybe remove "your" ?
