#308 — Build Docker Images for arm64 and amd64 #310

This adds another architecture for Mac M1/M2/M3 users (or other ARM users) so that they don't have to run the container in emulation mode.

Fixes #308

Renaming the branch so the tag works for docker (doesn't like the / in the branch).
