elasticemail no longer free #3

v2 and v3 both give the error : For testing purposes you can only send emails to the account that was used to register your Elastic Email account. Please purchase one of our plan options to send emails to your intended recipients.

Do you know of any free alternatives that can be used without having to setup an SMTP server for a WEBGL build?
