Originally started in order to work on https://github.com/hendrikmaus/openhab-auth-router/issues/8, this yields a crude test, golang 1.13.8 upgrade and some refactoring of Dockerfiles as well as the included examples.

FYI: I could not reproduce issues with openHAB 2.5
