chore: move from js to css fist animation (WIP)

• [x] works on the big screen
• [ ] fix on smaller screens (messy)
• [ ] probably sucks on huge screens

though this was going to be much easier lol, probably going to leave this in draft

Seems both view() and scroll() are currently insufficient in css and tailwind is lacking the scroll animation support.
