PhotoOverlay loaded by NetworkLink with flyToView crashes #158

This is what happens when you try everything to update the PhotoOverlay.

Relevant Application(s): 
Google Earth 4.2.0205.5730 Mac

Steps to Reproduce: 
Make a KML file containing some PhotoOverlay. Make another file containing a 
NetworkLink to the other file, with flyToView set. When loaded by Google Earth, 
nothing appears although the view is adjusted. Double-cIicking the PhotoOverlay 
to 'enter' it does nothing. If I then 'enter' another PhotoOverlay and then go 
back to the original PhotoOverlay, GE crashes.
