Summary:
Make custom 3D models clickable and add a highlight effect  (e.g.
ModelStyle feature)

Description:
It would be wonderful, if a model could be made clickable and onclick
another action (update kml, start tour or animation, etc.) would be initiated

Sorry, did not recognize the second page of the issue list, so there was no 
result
when searching for "mouse-over". 

This is a duplicate entry of issue #124

This is a very important feature for anyone using models in the api. It simply 
frustrates users if they can click on everything except the pretty models.
