(old-number-98) Deprecate 'coordinates' in favour of lists of 'Location' element #99

Use of 'coordinates' greatly increases the complexity of KML parsers with 
limited resources (e.g. in J2ME this adds an additional 1 or 2K of bytecode to 
the application) and passes validation to an additional layer in the parser 
code rather than the XML parser. Would break backwards compatibility.
