Add timeout parameter? #14

I have the feeling that the FB tr64 API is a bit unstable. After playing for some time requests like urn:dslforum-org:service:Hosts:1#GetHostNumberOfEntries don't return anymore.

Would it make sense to add a timeout parameter for the soap calls?

I also get an error 500 when I call urn:dslforum-org:service:WANIPConnection:1#GetPortMappingNumberOfEntries
