SuiteSparse download link given in README.md not working #114

The SuitParse library download link is not working

I see a same version in the tamu archive: https://people.engr.tamu.edu/davis/SuiteSparse/SuiteSparse-4.2.1.tar.gz

Also a later version (v5.12.0) in the github Releases of the source repository.

Can be updated in the README
