Return timestamps from Feedback Service #93

Hi,

Can you please return the time stamp apple send as part of the feedback 
service? You calculate it and use it in the log output, but it's never set on 
the device object. It's essential that this is returned so we can check the 
device hasn't re-registered with the site since the notification failed.
