You said that the recommended meeting name is < 24 characters. However for the third column, it is less than 24 character and it is already truncating without the date being displayed

The last column ws different because it was 15 mins long. the at most 24 characters and at last 30 mins should be held true together. The image shows an example of comparing what happens when the timeslot is too small.
