Missing condabin directory #384

I am using windows 10. I cloned the repo, installed the miniconda to subdirectory, and when I try to run it using play.bat, I get error on call miniconda3\condabin\activate, because the miniconda3\condabin directory is missing. The installation steps were:

git clone https://github.com/henk717/KoboldAI
cd KoboldAI
./install_requirements.bat

I ran it as an administrator. The output of installation process is

Errors? Rerun this as admin so it can add the needed LongPathsEnabled registery tweak.
Installer failed or crashed? Run it again so it can continue.
Only Windows 10 and higher officially supported, older Windows installations can't handle the paths.

I tried even the temporary drive way, but it also does not include the condabin directory. And it did not print any error, the installation finished without problems.

I don't see an error in that log but its poasible you have one of those existing conda installations that is very aggressive and interferes with ours. Try the offline installer in the release page without the updates at the end first, and then update it using the update koboldai shortcut or file. If prompted it will be option 2. Curious if it will work with and without updates.

Yes, I have existing conda installation, that's it. I tried the offline installer and it worked, but the path to activate.bat was miniconda3/python/condabin/activate.bat so I needed to adjust it in the play.bat and it seems to run correctly, now I'm downloading the model.
