Can't start KoboldAI #455

Not sure why the second error (where it can't find the oneAPI script) is happening but i can't even get that far. No idea why.

Setting OneAPI environment

fixed the second issue (broken oneAPI install) but can't fix the first one

ok now it works, i didn't really do anything but now it works fine
