update lite to v62 (instruct placeholder handling change)

Note: Instruct saves beyond this version will not work well on earlier versions of Lite, as they now use {{[INPUT]}} and {{[OUTPUT]}} placeholders for instruct tags.

We could export to the old format, and then import it again to the new format given that we also save the right sequences to translate. But for now merged.
