Put JSON metadata on IPFS

Close #34

• Add missing English string
• Prepare metadata and trigger effect for uploading
• Upload metadata JSON to IPFS and retrieve URI
• Taking the nengajo title from a text input field
• Hide the whole form after successfully submitting

We still need to work on #36 before putting the real keys on Vercel.

I shouldn't submit a tsx file this long (I should put things in hooks and/or components), but since I expect much of the code to move away from this page anyway, I am submitting the PR as is.

I'm also available for #36, but anyone is welcome to give it a try.

I was also thinking about adding a file similar to contractAddresses.ts with settings such as:

• the API endpoint
• the gateway URL
• the URL to see our tokens on OpenSea
• metadata_description
• metadata_external_url

But maybe that's a different issue.
