Im guessing this was overlooked in the past, but as an end user I spent several minutes being confused on how I could get the plugin working for multiple monitors before finding this one out! I could as well have uninstalled the plugin in belief it was simply broken/didnt support multi monitors properly.

I blame the OBS properties system for this one, according to my understanding I'm doing what I should to tell it to rebuild the controls.
