It'd be nice if it were possible to set a maximum audio range for goat horns and music discs individually.
Updating to the newest version is simply not worth it to me, because people are blaring loud noises using their goat horns such as creeper hisses from over a thousand blocks away which gets very annoying after a while. I get that you can mute it, but I still want to be able to hear the goat horns and music discs of people who are actually nearby.
As a temporary fix, I've downgraded the mod which isn't really a big deal, but I'd still love to see the following two new configuration options;
max_music_disc_range
and
max_goat_horn_range.
